Within Karachi

We have our own delivery service within Karachi so you can examine the furniture at the time of delivery and have it placed in the room of your choice. Once you are fully satisfied with the quality, you can make the payment to the delivery team. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can send the delivery back without paying anything.

Certain items such as Home furniture pieces and larger desks cannot be returned so please clarify with the Hex team at the time of your order to make sure your item is returnable. 

Outside Karachi

We deliver our items outside Karachi through our courier partners. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
